I made contact with Carol about a golf outing our small chapter of Blue Star Mothers is putting on. She got right back to me with the information she needed. Shortly after getting the information to her she sent 3 fair way drivers to use as prizes, and offered to help in any way she could.
I am a veteran and own several Patriot clubs and absolutely love them. On my last order I had an issue. I ordered left handed clubs and was sent right handed clubs. Contacted PG customer service got a return label to return the clubs and had replacements in short order. I can’t say enough good things about Patriot Golf.

In particular, Carol Reyna, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been very helpful with donations for a foundation golf tournament and Carol couldn’t have made the process any easier. These clubs just feel great. Super soft off the club face and deadly accurate. I am always weary of claims from reviews but these are simply great clubs made from an American factory no less. The cost to value ratio is ridiculous. The customer service is another reason I will continue to come back. Continue dosing what you guys do Patriot Golf. 10/10

I have to admit, when I was contacted by one of your customer service reps, I was somewhat wary? He explained the offer to a tee! “Try 3 of our clubs and receive a Cart Bag for free” I requested tht the clubs were to be delivered after a certain date, but they were delivered way after the date, and were nowhere to be found? I called and was immediately issued a credit reference number, while they put in a claim with the freight company. They notified me that they were going to ship out a second duplicate order, but shortly after, I did recover the package from a neighbor that took them off my porch to hold them for me. I have tried one of the clubs, (7 Fairway) and it goes farther than my #3 Hybrid!!) Patriot Golf also donated 3 of their clubs to my Charity Fundraiser Golf tournament. “Patriot Golf” stands by their product, as well as their word! “Patriot Golf” says “it hires US veterans to assemble their products” My only hope is that all materials are manufactured in the USA? Either way I am very pleased to have been introduced to “Patriot Golf”
